How to get the most from your Fusion Juicer

Important Notice:

As a safety feature the Fusion Juicer will not Power on until all components are assembled correctly.

Please read instructions carefully before use.

Trouble Shooting:

Problem: Nothing will juice (on first use)
Answer: Have you opened the unit and checked that the cardboard cover has been removed from the blade?
Problem: No juice is coming out
Answer: Have you checked that the spout is in its down position? Push down gently on the spout to get it into its pouring position. If the spout is in its upright position then juice is stored in the unit.
Up position, no juice will come out
Problem: Unit is full of water after washing
Answer: Have you checked that the spout is in its down position? Push down gently on the spout to get it into its pouring position. If the spout is in its upright position then juice is stored in the unit.
Up position, no juice will come out
Problem: Juice is leaking out
Answer: Have you checked that the spout is in its down position? Push down gently on the spout to get it into its pouring position. If the spout is in its upright position then juice is stored in the unit.
Up position = no juice will come out, Down position = juice will come out
Problem: No Power
Answer: For safety, the unit has to be assembled correctly before it will switch on, this is a safety feature. There are 3 steps to ensuring everything is correctly assembled
Check the blade is in the correct place. Push down until it clicks into place. Push down on the top rim and not directly onto the blades, Check that the pulp container (clear plastic container where the pulp goes) is slotted into place.
There is a hole on the machine which needs to engage with a prong on the container (A).
Remove the container and carefully slide it into position until you hear it click.
It’s best if you hold it flat and slide it onto the unit,
